Goes by Belle or Bella. She is the newest addition to the team as our office manager to ensure the best experience for the clinic’s patients, clinicians and the front end team.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love being outside, my favorite activity during the summer is running and going on long walks by rivers and mountains. I am a strong believer that there aren’t many things sunshine and fresh air can’t fix!
How do you create a great patient experience?
Patient experience to me comes down to connecting one on one with everyone that I have the chance to meet. This makes our future interactions more personal and we create a connection, like a friend you catch up with and are excited to see. This helps me be better able to assist them.
